The Mk3 alarm panel can monitor up to 12 separate locations, each location has a separate isolator key switch built into the panel along with an external/internal selector switch for the sounders, auto dial on/off and an alarm reset switch.

The Mk3 panel monitors it's own power supply and standby battery condition, should the power fail it will generate an alarm, should the battery condition start to fail it will give a signal to the central monitoring station.

The complete alarm system works on a '0' volt closed circuit and as such is a fail-safe system, should a cable break or any equipment go faulty the alarm would operate.

Electronic digital Temperature sensors and 3 phase sensors

The digital temperature sensor has two separate alarm settings, one for high and one for low and a digital read out of the house temperature. The settings are manually set by the operator. The digistat is mounted outside the poultry house and a stainless steel sensor is positioned inside. Up to two sensors can be used depending upon the size of the house.

The digistat is powered via the mains fail relays within the control, the mains power can come from any source, normaly from the mains supply to the fan controller. The mains fail relay converts the 240 volts to a 24 volt DC supply which is the digistats supply and gives double protection on any failure.

Should the land line ever fail Weltech can supply a GSM unit which will automatically contact our central station and send a code 8 (land line fail) and will continue to monitor the location to the central as normal until the land line is restored.

This gives complete peace of mind for any failure.

Lighting programs can be monitored with the Weltech system. If the lighting fails to come on or go off when programmed the system will alarm, it can be set to run in unison with the house lighting program.

A radio transmitter is carried by the farm operator and if either tilted or activated will send a signal back to the main alarm panel and trigger a code 4 alarm at the central station where our trained operator will call all the call out numbers given by the customer. Single person working can now be covered in line with the work and safety regulations.

Weltech Monitoring Central station give a full 24 hour 356 days a year alarm monitoring service. All alarm call to the central station are logged and our fully trained staff will carry out any call out list the customer wishes from weekly rotas to temporary instructions. The monitoring service can be tailored to suit each customers individual requirements.
