Weltech Monitoring Systems

The Mk3 alarm panel can monitor up to 12 separate locations, each location has a separate isolator key switch built into the panel along with an external/internal selector switch for the sounders, auto dial on/off and an alarm reset switch.

Here at Weltech International Ltd, we have indentified a need for the poulty industry to receive online alarm information from their farms. To satisfy this need, we have developed a system that we believe will be of significant value to your business.

The Modern farm has to keep a close watch on their poultry farm alarms. Any event that could endanger poultry or staff welfare is logged at our central station and an alarm is raised. Our system enables you to view when the alarm has gone off/been tested on montly report.

We have developed a system to monitor these alarms and keep an up-to-date record of emergency callout contact numbers. This enables us to react quickly to any incident that needs attention.

With this system you can set different rotas and change contact numbers online.

The "Weltech Central Station" ONLY monitors poultry or Pig farms. It is manned 24/7 - 365 and provides vital support and contact to all farms.

Each Farm has its own unique identification number. Call out rotas or temporary instructions can be given to our staff to handle for you.

Every alarm call received is stored and recorded with a time & date stamp of the alarm, and when & to whom the call was dealt by.

The digital temperature sensor has two separate alarm settings, one for high and one for low and a digital read out of the house temperature. The settings are manually set by the operator. The digistat is mounted outside the poultry house and a stainless steel sensor is positioned inside. Up to four sensors can be used depending upon the size of the house.

The digistat is powered via the mains fail relays within the control, the mains power can come from any source, normaly from the mains supply to the fan controller. The mains fail relay converts the 240 volts to a 24 volt DC supply which is the digistats supply and gives double protection on any failure.

Should the land line ever fail Weltech can supply a GSM unit which will automatically contact our central station and send a code 8 (land line fail) and will continue to monitor the location to the central station as normal until the land line is restored.

This gives complete peace of mind for any failure.

Lighting programs can be monitored with the Weltech system. If the lighting fails to come on or go off when programmed the system will alarm, it can be set to run in unison with the house lighting program.

Water can be monitored in a number of ways. Timed water control via a pressure switch, flow rate and water level.

A radio transmitter is carried by the farm operator and if either tilted or activated will send a signal back to the main alarm panel and trigger a code 4 alarm at the central station where our trained operator will call all the call out numbers given by the customer.

Single person working can now be covered in line with the work and safety regulations.
